We draw the proposed processes and how your systems will connect. You receive written requirements explaining what we will build, who is responsible, and how we will test it.
Review the process diagrams and requirements with your team, then approve the plan.
We configure the software, build the agreed connections, and rehearse moving your data. You see working examples as the project progresses.
Review the work, answer open questions, and approve changes to the agreed scope.
Your team tries the tasks they will do in the system. We check the data and reports together, address issues, and train the people who will use it.
Confirm the results meet the agreed requirements and decide with us when you are ready to launch.
We plan the launch, complete the final data transfer, and help your team start using the system. Written instructions and agreed support arrangements explain what happens after launch.
